All content on the Site and within our products — including text, graphics, logos, frameworks, the CMO Operating System methodology, templates, and the Growth Activated podcast — is owned by Growth Activated LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. When you purchase a program, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own business; you may not resell, redistribute, or publicly share them without our written permission.
When you buy the CMO Operating System or another product, you agree to pay the listed price. Access details, session formats, and length of access are described on the relevant product page at the time of purchase.
For the CMO Operating System, we offer a money-back guarantee: work through the six teaching sessions, live or by replay, and build your system alongside us, and if you’re not satisfied with what you’ve built, we’ll refund your payment. Requests must be made within 14 days of the final live session. To request a refund, email mandy@growthactivated.com with your proof of purchase. Other products may carry their own refund terms, stated at the point of sale.
Our content, podcast, and programs are for educational and informational purposes and are not legal, financial, or professional advice for your specific situation. We share strategies and systems that have worked for us and our clients, but we don’t guarantee any particular result, income, or outcome — your results depend on your own effort, circumstances, and execution.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Growth Activated LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products.
You agree to indemnify and hold Growth Activated LLC harmless from claims or losses arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
When you opt into our emails (through HubSpot or Mailchimp), we’ll send you updates, content, and offers. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and we honor opt-outs promptly, as required by the CAN-SPAM Act.
